What is BerryMap?

Why would my jobs be invisible to the AIs?
Most career sites draw themselves in the visitor's browser, a second after the page opens. Assistants like ChatGPT do not wait for that second: they read what the site answers right away, and on those sites that is a blank page. BerryMap sends the complete page the first time, so the assistants read it.
Which job sites do my jobs appear on?
Google for Jobs shows your jobs with nothing for you to connect. Indeed, LinkedIn, Jobillico, Québec emploi, the Canada Job Bank and Talent.com each turn on with one switch. Glassdoor and ZipRecruiter are coming.
How does the AI rank candidates?
Each application gets a score out of a hundred, built on five things: career experience, the skills asked for, how realistic the commute and availability are, the must-have requirements, and the fit with the job. You see all five for every person, so you can always explain the score.
Can the AI reject a candidate on its own?
No, never. No candidate is ruled out by the system, and that setting is locked: there is no switch to remove it. That is what keeps you on the right side of Law 25 and the GDPR, which only cover decisions made entirely by a machine.
I have several locations. Does it work?

Where is my data kept?
